Agreement

The Pot is operated by GumDrop LLC. By using The Pot on iOS or the web, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Virtual coins only

The Pot uses virtual coins for bragging rights. Coins have no monetary value, can't be bought, and can't be cashed out or exchanged for anything of value. The Pot is not a gambling service.

What you post

You're responsible for the claims, comments, names and other content you post. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone
• is hateful toward people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits
• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes anyone
• shares someone else's private information
• is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone
• is illegal or encourages illegal activity

Reporting and blocking

You can report any comment, claim or member from inside the app, and block any member so you no longer see their comments or the claims they create. The person you block is not told.

We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content, remove members from groups, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service

We work to keep The Pot running smoothly, but it's provided as is. Sports data, scores and lines come from third parties and can be delayed or wrong; we may correct, void or re-settle claims when they are. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and may ask you to accept the new version in the app.
